Therapy rooted in identity, connection, and care
Taylor Ene, MHC-LP, is a queer-identified psychotherapist born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. With an MA in Mental Health Counseling from the City College of New York and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from the College of the Holy Cross, Taylor brings both strong clinical training and lived experience to the therapy room. He has worked with clients ranging in age from 18 to 78, including LGBTQIA+ community members, BIPOC clients, veterans, and individuals experiencing housing insecurity.
What you can expect in our work together
Taylor creates a space where clients feel safe, respected, and heard. He believes therapy should be collaborative and empowering, not clinical or detached. Clients often describe his style as warm, real, and approachable—with equal room for laughter and tears. Whether facing anxiety, grief, or major life transitions, Taylor walks alongside clients so they never have to face challenges alone.
How I support healing
Taylor’s integrative approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs. He draws on mindfulness-based CBT, person-centered therapy, and attachment-focused work while grounding his practice in systems and feminist frameworks that recognize how external factors shape internal experiences. Together, he and his clients explore the intersections of identity, body, and lived experience—transforming anxiety and stress into signals for growth and deeper self-understanding.
A little about me
Taylor believes deeply in finding joy in everyday moments—whether sunlight on your face, a cool breeze, or sharing a smile with someone you care about. He brings humor, compassion, and authenticity into his sessions, making therapy a space to exhale, reflect, and move forward with clarity.
