Getting to the root of relational struggles
I support individuals and couples(+) in navigating challenges around sexuality, anxiety, identity, and self-worth—focusing on the emotional and somatic layers beneath the surface. Many struggles are rooted in disconnection, both from others and from ourselves. My work blends psychotherapy with coaching, drawing on IFS, trauma, and somatic therapy to create meaningful change.
Healing through collaboration and presence
I believe the therapeutic process is a collaborative one. With a steady, attuned presence, I help clients develop emotional awareness, regulate the nervous system, and work gently with shame and vulnerability. Clients often rediscover a stronger sense of self, deeper intimacy, and a renewed capacity for joy and connection.
Specializing in intimacy and identity
My focus is supporting those stuck in painful relational patterns—whether feeling addicted to love, avoiding closeness, or exploring alternative relationship styles. Rather than only managing symptoms, we’ll work at the root: untangling internal conflicts, confronting inherited shame, and repairing early wounds that shaped your sense of self. Our work supports reconnection with your body, your emotions, and your capacity for authentic, nourishing relationships.
An affirming, inclusive practice
As a psychotherapist and sex therapist, I welcome people across the spectrum of gender expression, sexual orientation, and relationship structures. My practice is LGBTQ+, kink, and poly-affirming, offering transgender-affirming care while also supporting monogamous individuals and couples seeking deeper intimacy and growth.
