A space rooted in cultural humility and care
I’m a queer, nonbinary, Colombian American therapist committed to trauma-informed and anti-oppressive care. I believe in the power of a trusting therapeutic alliance and aim to create a warm, compassionate, and affirming space where you can feel seen in your authentic self. Personally understanding the importance of culturally responsive care, I practice cultural humility to support clients’ unique lived experiences.
Integrative and collaborative therapy
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and holistic. With a background in community herbalism, nightlife, contemplative practice, and creative expression, I bring diverse lived experience into the therapy room. I draw on mindfulness-based, somatic, narrative, and strengths-based approaches to help clients navigate trauma, systemic oppression, grief, stress, shame, and identity challenges. My practice is informed by liberatory and decolonial frameworks rooted in harm reduction and pleasure positivity.
Specializing in queer, trans, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients
I work with adults and relationships, specializing in queer and trans identities, sexual trauma, BIPOC/PoGM communities, mindfulness (secular and Buddhist), spirituality, and psychedelic therapy. I offer psychotherapy/trauma therapy, sex therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and psychedelic harm reduction & integration (PHRI). My practice is kink- and poly-affirming, sex-worker-affirming, and neurodivergent-affirming.
Honoring healing as a non-linear journey
Healing isn’t linear—it asks us to practice self-compassion and attune to our inner wisdom. The work can be messy, painful, and uncertain, but also full of beauty, resilience, and transformation. I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they remember and reconnect with themselves on their own paths to healing.
