For therapy that centers queerness and pleasure
Rebecca Guidera, MA, LPC, is a Denver-based somatic therapist and consultant dedicated to helping queer people experience confidence, connection, and pleasure. Their practice is rooted in a pleasure-affirming, liberation-oriented approach that celebrates embodiment and queerness as central to healing.
What you can expect in their work
Many of Rebecca’s clients arrive unsure of where to begin—wanting greater confidence in their identity, acceptance of their body, or deeper intimacy in relationships and community. Rebecca provides a supportive space to explore relationships with body, queerness, and sexuality in ways that build trust, presence, and authentic connection.
How they support healing
Rebecca offers individual and couples therapy from a somatic lens, focusing on queer identity, gender identity, sexual and relational intimacy, poly and open relationships, and kink/BDSM. They also provide consultations for therapists, wellness providers, and healers seeking to integrate pleasure-centered and somatic approaches into their work.
Their background includes an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Somatic Counseling: Body Psychotherapy from Naropa University (2019), as well as advanced training in Somatic-Concentric Sex Therapy through The Embodied Relationships Training Center. Rebecca is currently pursuing certification as a Sex Coach and Consultant through the Sexual Health Alliance.
A little about me
As a queer person, Rebecca has personally experienced the uncertainty of stepping into authenticity, and somatic therapy continues to be a transformative way for them to embody queerness fully. They bring this lived perspective into their work, honoring clients’ journeys toward self-love and empowerment.
