Welcome—let’s feel seen together
I’m Carly (she/they), a queer, bisexual, neurodivergent LMFT rooted in empathic, anti-oppressive care. Therapy should feel like liberation, not judgment. If you’re navigating anxiety, identity questions, sexual concerns, or the fatigue of life transitions, I see you—and I’m here to help.
Therapy shaped by lived experience
I practiced internalizing confusion until burnout taught me the importance of feeling—and not just thinking. That personal journey, paired with my training (MS in Psychology, Cal Poly SLO, 2019), guides how I foster connection, curiosity, and compassion in session.
Tools that meet you right where you are
My toolbox includes EMDR, IFS, ACT, Gottman Method, person-centered work, narrative therapy, sex-positive care, feminist and relational frameworks, and motivational interviewing—all tailored to support healing, identity, and resilience.
A community of healing, identity, and play
I love working with queer and neurodivergent folks seeking therapy without pathologizing. Whether your issues are sexual, relational, neurodivergent, or existential, I hold a trauma-informed, strengths-based space that invites depth, discovery, and even silliness back into your life.
