I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Attached, where I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, disconnection, and big relationship questions. I use Relational Life Therapy (RLT)—a direct, compassionate approach that helps clients break old patterns, take accountability without shame, and rebuild connection from a grounded place.
As a straight-presenting queer therapist, I care deeply about creating space for all identities and relationship structures, including LGBTQ+, CNM, and neurodiverse clients. My style is collaborative and real—I’ll hold you with warmth, but I won’t tiptoe around what needs to change. Humor, honesty, and humanity are part of the process.
My background includes extensive training in attachment, trauma, and somatic work, which means I pay attention not just to what’s said, but how your body and nervous system have adapted to survive. Together, we’ll explore where you’ve been, what’s still shaping you, and how to create relationships that feel more alive, secure, and aligned with who you are now.
