When life feels overwhelming
Life can feel exhausting—especially when you’re pushing down emotions, taking care of others, and asking yourself, “Is this the life I wanted?” If you find yourself stuck in the past, doubting your relationships, or carrying a deep sense of loneliness, you don’t have to keep going at it alone. Therapy can help you create space to heal, reconnect, and find relief.
A supportive place to face what feels impossible
Avoidance may work for a while, but eventually it catches up with us. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we’ll tune into your thoughts, feelings, and the signals your body gives you, using your values and intuition as our guide. I bring curiosity, openness, and yes—sometimes laughter—because healing is human work, and you are not in this alone.
Specializing in trauma, relationships, and identity
I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, whether in childhood, relationships, religious settings, or across the lifespan. Many of my clients describe complicated or confusing pasts, struggles with boundaries, or a tendency to take care of others at their own expense. If you lean on avoidance, feel conflict in relationships, or are curious about identity exploration, we’ll work together to rebuild connection, self-trust, and resilience.
Therapy approaches I use
My style is trauma-informed and culturally relational. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and somatic/body-based interventions. I also integrate attachment-focused work to address the ways early relationships shape how we relate to ourselves and others today.
A little about me
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside in nature, spending time with my dog, or curled up with a good book and a strong cup of coffee. Therapy is my passion, but being grounded in the everyday joys of life helps me show up authentically for my clients.
