Hi, I’m Dr. Jordan. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida with over a decade of experience treating couples, families, and individuals. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique story.

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels collaborative and grounded in authentic connection. Whether we’re working through communication struggles, trauma, parenting concerns, or identity exploration, my goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.
How I support healing
I draw from Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, while tailoring treatment to each client’s needs. My work is also informed by trauma-focused care, grief support, multicultural competence, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy. This integrative approach helps clients find clarity, resilience, and deeper connection.
A little about me
My training includes a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy and a postdoctoral fellowship focused on Adverse Childhood Experiences. I’m deeply committed to walking alongside clients as they navigate both pain and possibility, and I feel honored to be trusted with their stories.
