Hi and thanks for stopping by! I’m a queer, Disabled, multiply-neurodivergent therapist and I specialize in anti-oppressive, relational, affirming therapy. I work with folx ages 15+ across CT and MA, and accept Magellan (Yale Health Plan), Aetna (CT only), and Husky (CT Medicaid).
What I Help With:
- cPTSD, PTSD, and Acute Stress Disorder (aka- complex trauma, single incident trauma, and recent trauma).
- Mood challenges (like depression or anxiety).
- Substance use.
- Self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
- Low self-esteem.
- Existential dread about redefining or gaining identity and/or purpose.
- Neurodivergent identities.
- LGBTQIA2S+ related challenges.
- Sexuality and exploration.
Who I Work With:
I work with individual adults and teens (ages 15+), families, and partners who are looking for a soft, welcoming place to process and heal. Folx who choose to work with me typically:
- Have found traditional behavior or cognitive-based therapies unhelpful.
- Want an abolitionist therapy space that feels safer for working on heavy topics.
- Are Disabled, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA2S+, racialized, or all of the above.
What I Believe
- ACAB includes carceral providers.
- Racialized, Indigenous, Black, and Brown lives matter.
- Gender-affirming care for all ages is a human right.
- Sex work is work.
- Nobody is illegal on stolen land.
- Autism registries are a human rights violation.
- Disability is not a dirty word.
