Therapy that meets you where you are
Starting therapy can feel daunting, and I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in supporting queer, trans, gender-expansive, and neurodivergent folks who are navigating the impact of relational and complex trauma. My role isn’t to tell you who to be—it’s to walk alongside you while you rediscover safety, choice, and empowerment in your own life.
What you can expect in our work together
Clients often describe me as warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe healing happens in relationship, and together we’ll build a space where you can show up authentically. I especially love working with creative teens and adults who are ready to explore how past experiences shape the present and are curious about finding new ways forward.
How I support healing
My approach blends attachment-focused therapy with body-based practices, because both are essential in recovering from trauma. I’m also trained in Brainspotting, a mind-body modality that helps release the effects of overwhelming experiences stored in the nervous system. Whether we’re building regulation skills, unpacking old patterns, or exploring new ways of connecting, our work will always move at your pace.
A little about me
Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me writing music, reading multiple books at once, or hanging out with my cat Oliver and my dog Sawyer. Travel, art, and time in nature keep me grounded and inspired. Working within the queer community as a queer therapist is not just my profession—it’s my honor. If this resonates, you can schedule a free 15-minute consult or learn more about my work here.
