Next Level Mental Health Counseling (Next Level MHC) is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy practice serving all of New York State, with virtual sessions statewide and in-person care in Irvington, NY and Manhattan.
Our 60+ licensed clinicians work with queer, trans, nonbinary, and questioning adults, couples, and families. Clients come to us for support with coming out, gender identity, sexuality, relationships, family acceptance, minority stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout. You shouldn’t have to spend your sessions explaining who you are.
We offer individual therapy, couples and relationship therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and sex therapy. Our sex therapy clinicians are trained under our founder, Dr. Christine Romano, PhD, LMHC, an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist and Supervisor.
