Thank you for supporting QueerPsych! We partner with Printify to produce and ship our physical products. Each item is made to order to reduce waste and support sustainable production practices.
Processing & Production Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.
- Because our products are made to order, production times may vary slightly depending on demand and fulfillment center workload.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.
Shipping Times & Methods
- Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the fulfillment partner. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and carrier.
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us at info@queerpsych.com within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
- Provide your order number and photos (for damaged items) so we can resolve the issue quickly.
- We’ll work with Printify and the shipping carrier to replace or refund your order as appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders (If Applicable)
If we begin offering international shipping in the future, customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
