Return & Refund Policy

Because each QueerPsych product is made to order, we do not hold inventory or accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference. However, we stand behind the quality of every item and will always make it right if something goes wrong.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective.
- Orders that are incorrect (wrong item or misprint).
If your item qualifies for replacement or refund:
- Contact us at info@queerpsych.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review and confirm whether a replacement or refund will be issued.
Replacements are sent free of charge once approved. Refunds, when applicable, are issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are printed and fulfilled through Printify, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size, color, or style chosen by the customer.
- General dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality.
- Items marked as final sale, digital goods, or downloadable content.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production. If you need to update your order (such as an address change) immediately after purchase, contact us at info@queerpsych.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
