What is QueerPsych?

QueerPsych is more than a directory—it’s a community. We connect queer and neurodivergent folks with affirming mental health providers, and we support providers with resources, visibility, and community care.

How do you make sure providers are safe?

Every provider listing goes through a manual verification process. We actively exclude anyone promoting conversion therapy or harmful “treatments.” We also listen to community feedback and adjust accordingly.

Does QueerPsych only work with therapists?

Not at all! While our directory highlights mental health clinicians, we also welcome licensed Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other professionals who directly support the mental health and wellbeing of queer individuals. If you’re licensed, affirming, and contribute meaningfully to care, you belong here.

Is QueerPsych free to use?

Yes—for individuals looking for care, our directory is free. Providers can choose from community memberships or premium listings depending on their needs.

I’m a provider. How do I join?
